Terms of use

1. Who we are

AeroCast is made by Inovesia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use AeroCast on up to two PCs that you own or control, under the plan you have.

• Free: use as long as you like.
• Lite: a one-time purchase that covers every 1.x version of AeroCast. A later major version (2.x) is sold separately or at an upgrade price.
• Basic and Pro: a subscription. The paid features work while the subscription is paid up, and for a short grace period after a late renewal.

You may not copy, resell, share your licence key beyond two PCs, or remove licence checks.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Taxes are added where required.

5. Compatibility

AeroCast works with AirPlay, Miracast and Chromecast devices using its own implementations. It is not made, licensed or endorsed by Apple, Google, the Wi-Fi Alliance or Microsoft. Because these systems change, a future update to a phone or TV may stop a feature from working. We fix such problems on a best-effort basis and do not promise that every device will work.

6. Your content

AeroCast shows your screen on your own network. It does not send your screen content to us. You are responsible for having the right to display and record what you mirror, and for telling people who are recorded.

7. No warranty, limit of liability

AeroCast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for AeroCast in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will say so on this page. We may end a licence that is used in breach of these terms. You can stop using AeroCast at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
