Connect an iPhone, iPad or Mac

1. Make sure the PC running AeroCast and your Apple device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. On an iPhone or iPad, open Control Center and tap Screen Mirroring. On a Mac, click the Control Center icon in the menu bar, then Screen Mirroring.
3. Choose the entry named after your PC, ending in (AeroCast).
4. If you set a PIN in AeroCast, enter it when your device asks for a password.

Sound plays on the PC. To stop, tap Screen Mirroring again and choose Stop Mirroring.

If the PC does not appear

• Both devices must be on the same network. See Troubleshooting.
• Check that AeroCast is running and that AirPlay is switched on in Settings, Network and Security.
• A VPN on the PC can confuse address selection. Turn it off to test.

AeroCast implements AirPlay mirroring on its own and is not licensed by Apple. A future iOS update could change how AirPlay works; we fix such problems on a best-effort basis.
